All you have to do is enter a 100 for spur size, the formula does not change for figuring out gear ratios. There is no premade chart, since AE designed the TC5 with 48 pitch in mine. 2.0 x spur/pinion =3.5
Try a 55 pinion and a 96 or 97 tooth spur.

Since I started with 48 pitch I stayed with it I used 72t spur for pinion 35,37,39 & 41 depending on track layout.

Are you polishing the rings? I'm doing that and setting the diff to a medium, medium/loose setting but I'm worried that I'm not doing enough to keep them in better shape.

Knowing that what is the benefit to 64 pitch?

smaller increments between gears w/ 64p...example a 1 tooth change on the pinion is less of an increment compared to 1 tooth change on 48p...so more possible gearing options..can fine it more than 64p. Also it's quiter and more efficient over 48p. Down side is a small rock can wreck 64p gears easier than 48p, also proper gear mesh is more cricital w/ 64p...easier to strip than 48p. If running outdoors and dirty track 48p is probably a better choice.

Go visit this company and get their diff rings and balls for the TC5. Simply the best diff setup you can have on your car. The diff lasts alot longer than a standard setup and is always glass smooth.
