I was thinking shocks still, as in the piston was bottoming out on one side. I was not looking at the dogbone hitting the inside of the cup.
Is your diff shimmed to one side for gear mesh?
My pin hardly passes center of the outdrive.

I was kind of surprised at how loosely the o-rings/bushings fit in, the lower cap really doesn't squish anything down compared to most other shocks I have dealt with. I also found that after the initial bleed, when I pump the shock hard a few times before I do the final re-bleed, they almost seem to take a little air in.......Just build 'em and run it I guess, the air mixes right in with the oil after a few strokes and it still does what it's supposed to, but I will definitely be checking/re-bleeding them often until I get more familiar with them.

Thanks for the feedback guys, if I have time I will be pulling the bones out this evening to get some measurements, I'm pretty sure that is the issue.
The wheels are DE for a DEX410, they are the right size, same size as the wheels on my 22, with the same tires on them.
Diff is not shimmed, and the notch on the gear side just comes into the plastic, while the other side is just a hair farther out. I pulled the diff and flipped it around in the case just to see, and the non-gear side protruded out just a hair more either way. I don't think that's nearly enough to be causing this issue, just enough to make one side more noticeable.
Tektronix, thanks for the tip on the o-rings, I have some TLR x-rings, wonder if they're the same, if not maybe I'll get some Associated ones.
At this point I'm willing to bet I'll find the shafts are longer than 68mm, we'll see.

Checked our car today, using the inserts in the lower middle position, no issue what so ever. This was with 2,5 degrees of camber.
So you have to have an unfortunate QC issue. I can see four possible problem areas.
Diff out drive notches
Drive shaft length
Outer drive shaft
Seating of inner bearing in hub
The AE X-rings you mention, is that the B5 version?
