Are the shocks on the S1 the same as the R1?

Threaded plastic bodies on the S1, threaded alloy shock bodies on the R1.

Default Suspension block inserts

Has anyone compared the track width differences with the different suspension insert variations?

Regards

Jeff Jenkins has...

From what I gather it is .5mm for each dot you add/subtract. I could be wrong though...

I'm wanting to test this, if I can get to the track this weekend that is...

Do you need a link to mapquest for directions to the track?

Maybe it is still in your gps!

So I will see you there Saturday.
And Sunday for Racing!

I was there a few Fridays in a row then my Tekin let out the magic smoke. Now my real car didn't start this morning. If I can get that all sorted out I'll be there tomorrow

Can someone help me figure out what spur/pinion i need?
Was going to practice on a small track (TQ Racing) and owner recommended "Gearing around 4 with 17.5 motor will be a good start" but i dont see that on the chart?

92 spur /44 pinion would be a 3.972 so pretty close or 92 spur/43 pinion 4.06 64-pitch gears.

This is what I run here at Mikes hobbyshop in Texas 96 X 46= 3.965 or 96X 45
is 4.053. The Kimbro spur gears work great in the SpecR R1

Ull want to go as low as 3.5 and as high as 4.5 fdr so check for both size spur gears
