From the looks of things, everyone's set-up is different. My opinion along with my set-up is the opposite. I use no shim, along with no play (slack) in the rear of my 104. I personally have no issues. As I mentioned before a few pages ago, that nut that you tighten berfore the final hub piece on the diff side, should be tightened all the way- then back that nut off a bit. If it's grindy still- back it off some more. You should have a smooth roll yet a tight feel. If you set you 104 down and it doesn't move then obviously re-tighten that very nut a bit more. Not to mention I haven't used that trick were you sand down those diff rings yet either, and I still have no issues. That's my humble opinion.

I just took my lexan trimming scissors and trimmed the excess of the wheel. Then sanded it flat and even with a sanding board. Now my wheels are flush and perfect with the tire.

just got my f60 today. wow the body is really detailed, looks good. they even give you an optional body wing thats on the top rear of the car that covers the engine like the redbull car and the 2008 kimi ferrari.

Never mind, I just took a closer look @ the bottom of the side pontoon mold and saw it clear as day.

I almost cut right through it. Luckily I cut around it. Just dug it outta the trash.

it comes with both the body kit and the 104 kit. its on the optional side pontoon part that you cut out.

if your not careful you can miss it. it almost looks like extra lexan. i dont know why they dont list it as an option on the body insrtuctions.

It would have been easy if they had mentioned it in the instructions. I guess I just got too excited and went to town. But now I can breathe cause I found it!

All I have to do is mask it real good due to the fact that I dueced the film covering, no big!
