Does anyone know where I can find stickers that come with the TRF 416X package?
The Tamiya Text (logo), where can I find a great variety of such pressure on the bag?
or if someone has a large picture of these logos?

Well I spent tonight building a new editable setup sheet for the 416 line of cars...It is not perfect but much better then what I have found out there. I also turned on the savebale function in Adobe Reader so you should be able to save it after you fill it out.
I still have some work to do on it, but for now it should work pretty well for everyone.
I have it posted on my website so please check it out when you get some time.

All in one editable 416 PDF file down at the bottom.

the X
Hi Guy's advice time.........
Ive had most of the 415's and am running a Std 416 with short arms etc for the last 18 months , and on our track it is A1
But the guy's that run WE's complain about onpower push, they are top all top 10 national racers so setups arent the issue.
What i want to know before i buy an X is the difference in handling
pro's and cons
Thanks Mark

chatter/wobble steering on 416x?
Hi, I'm thinking of moving over to a tamiya after driving xray.
the problem I have with my xray is when the steering is at about more than 50% travel, the wheels wobble alot. I know the fix is to replace with double jointed cvds, which cost $80 for the fronts.
does the 416x have problems with steering chatter at all?
I see atomic make some aftermarket uni's, and looks like xray's option ECS drive shafts. But hoping I wont need to go down that road of buying stuff that 'should' be included in the kit.

Yes, white is stiffer than blue.
Ive heard the atomic ones arent very good, the pin will explode in those. The Tamiya CVDs work very well, I havent seen any on track chatter out of my car running 17.5 and 13.5. There is some on the bench, but its nowhere near as bad as my TC5 was

you mean the 1.5 or 2mm pin held in by the grub screw? Thats not good, however might need to replace them with stronger pins right from the start

also change over from Xray T3 to Tamiya 416X. A lift in my eyes.
had the same problem with that spent driveshafts.
have not had the same problem with 416X .. Really happy with the car change .. everything is cheaper and better than Xray!
