Do the outdrive orings fit well into the case or is there a lot of free play?

I've done nothing else with the diff (no sanding, no special shimming, etc.) and its super smooth and now leak free.

Both the kit and Kyosho P5 O-rings should fit well into the case (no free play, but not super tight). I had the diff built with the Kit rings and it leaked slightly from the outdrives. I built it up this past weekend with the P5 rings and green slime and it hasn't shown any signs of leaking from the outdrives.

It appears to be a common problem with remedies such as green slime, diff grease or using CA to glue/seal the outer edge of the orings to the case.

At the track.
I haven't used CA before as none of my previous cars have leaked but I have heard of others using sealant and CA before (from memory xray) when I ran nitro cars.

Does the bd7 2014 model come with a floating servo mount? Some websites say it does and some say it don't. Also does it come with any sort of battery retainers??? Thanks

The only battery "guide" included is a center plastic piece under the the belt. Else you're supposed to just tape the batteries to the chassis. However, there are optional (plastic*) brackets available (B7-118G) from Yokomo, or you can contact Bezerk RC, he makes some out of carbon fiber:
Although I think I bought the last two pairs he had in stock a couple of weeks ago, but he told me he cuts them to order.
EDIT:
* = apparently it's metal, not plastic, sorry.
