Yes, that will work but I only use the Blue, Silver and Pink so you can save some money and only get those three. Another spring set to buy as an addition is from Ride aka Hara, MR33 etc...(Red and Silver) These are REALLY good but harder to come by.

Alright, thankyou for that information. Also, will these HPI and MR33 springs fit on the *Stock* big bore shock absorbers? I noticed they have the Yokomo Springs in long type aswell, and was thinking that others may not fit.

Yes, they are a straight fit. As for the length, that what threaded shock bodied coilovers are for right?

Yes, mainly on carpet. Works better than Yokomo springs for me. Im going to try the yokomo springs again though after I learned something very interesting recently.

Well, if I can find a distributor who sells those MR33 springs, I'll get a set of those. Otherwise I'll purchase the $30 complete set from amain, when they restock their DJC's and other hopups I want to purchase for the yokomo.

Also, are those ride springs linear or progressive? I know the Yokomo springs are a progressive compound, and thus why it handles so well on an asphalt surface.

I'm not sure. Only know that they've been working better for a lot of locals not only on the Yokomo. HPI springs are plenty good so i wouldn't stress too hard over sourcing Ride springs. They are just finer tuning tools.

I wonder if yokomo is going to release the short shocks and towers that were on volkers car, if so is it a hop up part or release on a updated kit

Haven't tried it myself, but the manual lists up to 87 on the ratio chart.

Depends on the ratio you are trying to achieve since it is correlated with the pinion size that will engage the spur.
