What hole (upper or lower) position is the hinge pin in your C Block?
Where is the hub spacer, over or under the steering hub?
The hinge pin in the rear hub carrier should almost always be in the lower hole.
By adjusting these you should get the proper ride height.

Well right now I'm running the shocks where it was shown in the rebuild. I figured there was a way to get it lower without moving them. So are you saying go to the 2nd hole from the inside right? I'm running Associated Purple front with #1 pistons and 50wt oil, rear with whites #2s with 40wt oil. As far as the other questions Pops asked I set it up like the directions mentioned.
Man this conversion kit really brought life to the ride I already liked. The bulks are sweet and I love the steering rack!

if your using associated springs then you need to use the rayspeed blue aluminium sprong retainers as the associated springs are longer than the yokomo ones

I've got modified associated cups and figured out how to modify the Yok shock ends to lower the stock cups just as far. As far as I can tell I don't think the rayspeed will get them any lower. The bottom of the retainer is already pretty much on the arm. I think moving the shock mounting positions will be the ticket.

The Rayspeed spring retainer will get it lower, yes the retainers will touch the lower arms when laydown the shocks, you will have to dremel some material off the arms,Yes, I saw on Masami's car, he did this mod also.

All these people with LCG's! Im still waiting for mine, a holdup with my LHS, they're building two indoor tracks I think its worth the extra wait on my LCG!

A good investment is to purchase the Bevel gearbox covers PN SD-302LDC which will prevent small stones from wrecking the gearboxes. These are very easy to install and come as one piece. Myself and LEM2 have them fitted on our LCG's which can be seen in the photo's.

I was wondering if the a arms may have been graphite as the front a arms on the CGM has four holes, which aligns with the drawn up Team Yokomo LCG setup sheet. The one where they are using 500 wt oil front and 450 oil rear. This setup sheet is dated 15 Nov 05 and gives a agressive setup for the LCG.

could the wishbones / aarms that they were using be the sdw arms, as i have seen quite afew setup sheets with these on, and have heard of quite afew team drivers using them as they are slighlty shorter

Thanks for the help. I won't be running it outside so covers won't matter. Oh yeah did I mention I picked up my conversion for $156 + shipping on eBay? I thought for sure the people would bid the price way up. I bid $201 thinking I would save $40. Wife says to me on the phone you won it for $156. I was like |-|ell yeah!

LCG DIFF COVERS
You can get them from Speedtech in the States.
Anthony, looking at your pictures of your LCG, I can see that the edges of the Cabon Fibre components are not sealed. To do this simply run a bead of superglue along the edges. This will prevent the carbon fibre asborbing water and prevent it from splitting if put into boards or other cars.
