Yokomo MR-4TC SD
http://shopping.rcmodel.hk has lots of spareparts and maybe some kits still in stock. I always shop there because they always stock for Yokomo and shippingcosts are actual shipping without hidden fees like RCMart does. Another great shop is www.precisionrc.com or you can try Masa of Rc-Champ. I bought my SD LCG in 2006 from him and received it within 5 days while living on the other side of the planet!

PM the guy he who owns it. He can special order things.
Anyway, this thread isn't as active as it used to be. I think a lot of people have dropped Yokomo from their racing fleet and have gone to something else. Is this a fair assessment?
Anyway, this thread has a TON of knowledge that can be gleaned and help anyone out who is thinking of picking up one of these chassis. Anyway looking to get rid of their Yoke stuff, please PM me.

Will the SDW GRAPHITE UPPER DECK fir the regular sd black/ssg kits
I saw on the newspage of www.teamyokomo.com they use the LCG chassis as the DRIFTMASTER. So it is still available but you have to change the driftwheels to rubber or foam for racing. Here is the pdf file of the driftmaster: http://www.teamyokomo.com/japan/week...ter_070822.pdf

Tim,
Why don't you convert it to the LCG. I know Masa of R/C Champ has conversionkits in stock. It is a much better handling car than the stock SD since it has a lower CG and the best part is you don't have to file the slots of the batteries since it comes with the same batterytrays as the BD series.

Damn, i asked so many: rainbow ten, pro-s futaba, rcmart, ben racing - they all reply to me that LCG are out of stock
DMS racing replied will not shipping outside EU.
RC drift still without any reply, but i am sure would be the same.
Well, i am regretful why i didn't purchase from last year for stock races.
Could anybody give more ideas where could i purchase LCG which shipping for international, please!

Hey guys, cool to see the SD back to the top! My SSG-SD was retired from its racing career after winning a national round in the 17Tclass in late 2004, it now drives sideways as my drift car... which is a bit of luxury given the amount of kit that's still on the car (Ti bones, full graphite suspension, speedtechrc spool, lots of tobee parts, RPM ballcups, rear shock tower at the front, hollow carbon shaft at some point, some rayspeed parts, blah, blah, and so on). It was a great car, but with the motors and lipos that we use todays the shaft drive is a bit of a handful on the track... so 23T, protoform crwod pleazer and traxxas XL10 speedo help it live a second carrier as a driftmobile!
Great design in the end - and still looks uber-cool at the track as the SSG and blue alum are a visual match made in heaven
Ciao
