That chassis had to take him some time, but then again that's why he's the best at what he does. I hadn't seen that one, I guess the one I saw was more for SoCal, and the drivetrain wasn't sealed.
I will be able to do that with the mill, but all of that seems to have been done with a dremel, so I would most likely be able to get much cleaner results.
Randy, if you'll be able to do the chassis like the one above, keeping the sealed drive train, I'll throw some business your way. Let me know once you get it down.

what set up are you guys running for carpet with foam tires. i run mod on a 80x80 track. any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance.

What's the deal with the front shock tower on the second milled-out car pic? It looks like the camber-link ball is facing down (instead of straight back) ...

Randman-i have seen this before and this is what i would want,but cleaner results!..LOL..he did do it with a dremel. my friend did his with a dremel,looks VERY nice but the drivetrain is not sealed anymore.i would want the sealed drivetrain.

...The first car pictured is my car (note the stock motor)
Unfortunately... the only way to really use a mill to do up a chassis like mine or Brian's would be to have a very expensive mill (5 axis I believe) and a set of pretty elaborate fixtures to hold the chassis at various angles for each surface...
