Tamiya TRF416 / TRF416WE / TRF416X

No need to change lower decks. The holes in the lower deck are the same for both chassis (only the cell slots change). You only need to change the rear bulkheads and rear belt to the X version to move the rear diff backwards.

i m kinda curious to know, if we have 5mm forward which adds the weight to front wheels. the 416 & the X stays the same place. would it be some issues tamiya found out from such config?

has anyone tried the 2 joints (Xray ECS style) front axles-swingshaft combination on the 416? there are some available from 3rd party manufacturers. i wanted to try but wondering if they are necessary and how significant will they improve the handling of the car.
so any reviews/opinions will be much appreciated.
thanks

When testing the anti roll bar's function, the right arm has more free play and feels softer compared to left side. I have checked and everything measured equally. How do I eliminate the play on one side of the arm?
Also, looking at Jilles tips video, he advised to use 0.75mm shim at the suspension block shafts. Where to get that 0.75mm shim/spacer?
Thanks!
