Default springs

Do springs make a big difference? I just bought the 9 pairs because they were on sale ($18), but I still got the rtr plastic shocks.

Well guys, I just completed my first real race. What an expirance. I am used to bashing in lots with hoses, but boards are another animal. Tc3 did well. I met FastHarry there and he is a good guy. His car is real nice. Emaculate. Wish mine was as nice. Anyway we both did not bad in the A main and finished 3rd and 4th. Not bad for 2 guys who never raced with boards. Let me tell you, bashing is one thing and it is fun, but try a 1/2 hr straight main, where if you make a mistake it could be the end of the day for you. A whole new level for me. Oh yeah, 235s ran with us, but none made it to the A main for some reason.

hey guys...Charles and I had a great time........he got me in the A main ....he's a good,consistant driver....

there were about 30 drivers entered in touring, about 45 in 1/8th..

You all ought to consider making to Edison June 7th and 8th for some good fun.....

Hi guys,

I'm looking for some part numbers for stuff I'd like to do to the car.

- Lunsford titanium rear toe links (if these exist, I heard they did)
- hardened hinge pins (from anywhere)
- good bumper (RPM? BRP?)
- whichever spring people use in the swing rack

I think that's all for now. Thanks!

should'nt all you guys be out looking for parts?.....(esp. those shredding belts)...

this way, when you get beat by the G4 and hpi r 40,you can get those Mugens right on Ebay..and jump on another belt bandwagon....

Did you guys see the article on a SuperCharger for R/C cars. in R/C Nitro magazine, pg. 129 in the June issue. I wonder if it "really" works. I doubt it. anyway let me know what you guys have heard about superchargers.

I saw that thing mounted on a tc3 at the WRAM show in feb.....looked interesting..he had a working one on a traxxas truck....the thing that bothered me wasll the extra pressure was REALLY foaming the fuel in the tank....NOT good for the tc3...

the good news is that he is also working on a 4 stroke conversion kit for the tc3..

In my opinion, No. The titanium pivot balls bends and breaks just as easily as the steel. I don't waste money on those and just stick with the stock pivot balls. It is however worth the money to protect the pivot balls from the front impact of boards with the RPM bumper plate.
