I am running a .10 speed servo in this truck and it is WAY to fast. This truck makes any servo shine. I run all hitec servos.

I've been happy with this one:
http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...ium-Gear-Servo

there is a "High Speed" version as well:

I don't think you need a real high-speed servo for this guy since the steering ratio is so high. I can only run 85% travel before the steering maxes out, so I think higher torque with higher resolution would be more important that super speed.

But obviously it's a personal pref.

I run a jr9100hvs and its amazing. Don't think I could have found a better servo. (Literally, I found it laying on the ground at the track a couple months before I got this truck and some guy said someone threw it across the violins cuz it went bad. All that happened was one of the wires came out of the plug enough to not make contact but still stay in the plug somehow)

I run a .16 and find it way to slow but I only run on a tight indoor clay track.

Looks good just a little out of my price range. Looking to spend ~$75.

Yea .16 is slow like a traxxas slash servo

For a good price I would try the Savox servo's. http://www.savoxusa.com/Savox_SC1258...avsc1258tg.htm This servo would do the job. It is way to fast but its better than being to slow.

That's the exact one I was looking at! Does it have enough torque?

That savox is really good too. The owner of a local track runs that model.
