Default Thanks again Monty

I wanted to say thanks for being so cool with me on the phone. I'm happy to know you and it's nice to talk with an "expert" about tuning and so on...

It's almost Saturday race time.. Wish me luck......

Hey Monty,
I'm just about to finish the final part of breaking in my P5. This is by far the easiest engine i have ever had to break in. No problems what so ever. Starts first time every time. bought some C5tgc and C6tgc for this engine. Cant wait for the race on Sunday. Just wondering after how many litters should i be ok to put a race tune on?

now its about 3 litters in and i've got it running maybe about 1.5 hrs on the rich side to a good race tune on the HSN. the LSN is perfect now. Idles very consistent. Loving it so far.

Monty, my HES modded P5XLT is still kicking butt! The bottom end is almos too much. I might try a heavier flywheel to control my truggy a little better. This is by far the best engine I've ever ran.

Thanx Monty. The X7 broke in perfectly and is running like a champ. I was worried about buying a modded engine but now am happy. Such good control when I want and then unleashes the fury when needed. Lol.

hey bro,

am still waiting for your PM

well, am reheading to Pattaya this december for their Nitro Party, man i love Pattayaaaaa

ill take both my buggy and truggy, now here is the deal, i have a 3 gallons old Plus4 team that you moded for me for the WC thats amazingly awesome and still feels new, i changed the front bearing and its good to go.

i have a brand new 2010 P5XLT still in the box waiting for its faith

am really loving the new plus4 BTTS or whatever the name is

what shall i do???

1- mount the old plus 4 on the truggy with a 7.5 venturi and a 9901 pipe, get the new BTTS and put in the buggy and keep the P5XLT as a spare engine????

2- mount the old plus 4 on the buggy, and put the P5XLT on the truggy and save some cash??? but no backup engine!!!

3- mount the P5XLT on the truggy and get the new BTTS from you and mount it on the buggy and keep the old plus 4 as backup engine???

Monty, you choose the right answer and tell me please

cheers

ALi
