I was wondering about aluminum horns as well. The offset might not be right for the AE offroad cars. ? I'm sure it'll be fine though.

Anyone know when the 1270tg's are due out? Or are the new alum case servos ok on unregulated lipo? I'd like to get new servos for my truggy and figured it's a good time to upgrade. Currently running 1267/1268.

I am sure this has been covered.. Just need to confirm. I run the Savox LPF servor in my 22 and Photons.. I recently seem to have loss of steering. I am running a spektrum radio system and Hobbywing/speedpassion esc. I did do some reading. Will the 12v cap fix my problem?

personally i use the torque of the 68 for steer & the speed of the 67 for the throttle/brake (handy in the air)

I have 1268 on my RC8B for steering and brake duties. Work A1 so far.

Torque for steering, speed for throttle. I will sometimes use torque for both so that I only have to carry 1 spare!

Can someone tell me why there 2 different stickers on the Savox servo on the Sc-1268/ Sc-1267? I seen Sc-1268sg/Sc-1267sg and on amainhobbies there Savox servo saids Sc-1268mg. Is there a difference between the SG and the MG?

SG=Steel Gear
MG=Metal gear

Savox's website says the steel is a unique steel whatever that means. The metal could be a mix of materials.

I have been waiting for the 1270 as well. It was suppose to release in April but didn't. I see the al alum case servo and it appears to be non hv compatable. I have been using the 1268's in the truggy too Nd they work very well. As good as the other guys $150 servo. But 400+ oz is nice when turning large truggy wheels.

I talked to Joel at savox a couple weeks ago and he said there is no eta on the the 1270 hv series... I sure can't wait to get my hands on one once they come out... My savox 1268 servos in my truggy are awesome... I had a minor issue one time and Joel down at savox took care of the problem in a week... Super fast turn around and all around great customer service...
