Thanx Banshee

And the 48 pitch pinions are all the same diameter, so that they will fit the Tekin shaft?
Can't really tell the various brands apart, which material would suit the B44 better? Does it have a "favourite" brand/material?

AFAIK - no

No, must be saddles. Yes, the selection is limited and expensive...

They should fit. Due to the fact this is an off-road car, steel is the best bet.

Thanks, Eric - I'll go for 48 pitch steel

Soo, um.. I guess I'll end up with a Tekin RS RSC, Redline 7.5T motor and a 22T 48 pitch steel pinion

Thanx for all help, guys!

A lot less than I paid for mine, too.

19quiz76: If you don't have them, you should probably get a full set of pinion gears, up to about 30, then select your spur gear and ratio based on motor temperatures and the track... Of course, I'm not familiar with Mod setups, so maybe gearing isn't as critical as it is in Stock...

Anyone have a link to a good setup for a rough outdoor 1/8 style track? The 4 on the rc10.com site just are not what our track is like. I have driven it with the all tracks setup and it needs a little help.

Good idea - do you have a link to a good set, preferably steel?

Hi all

just about to pull the trigger on a b44.1 order... what are the must-have spares for this baby? Any must-have options (I'd think not, as it's AE!)?

Thanks for the help

Paul

Front shock shafts and shock rod ends. That's a quick lesson I learned the other night. Of course front arms. I also bought the ballast weight for in between the batteries.
