edit: Outer support pinion sizes 13-17, inner pinion can choose from 13-22. Most use the 19 and up.
There is the option to get both as they can be purchased separately.

Yeah, I didn't use the diff riser with my mount. There was no need for it. I found the pinion was to high up against the spur anyway.

anything i can do to get more steering out of mine...on and off power? just doesnt seem like it wants to turn like it should
my setup...
5/5/2
medium springs all around
32.5 f, 30 r
ft beveled pistons or whatever they are
medium sway bar front, light bar rear
16-18 deg of caster??
ive tried 4/4/2, and i think im going to try 7/5/2 this weekend. tried different sway bars and no luck.

You have more selection of larger pinions with the inner support. The outer one restricts the maximum pinion. Most get the inner one for the RC8be.

any ideas?Putting a light bar on the rear and a stiffer one on the front is hurting your turning ability.
I myself run the gold bar (thickest) in the rear and no sway bar on the front on tight indoor tracks.
Raise the roll center in the rear (drop the inner camber link) and that should help the car rotate a bit better also.
Try 5/5/3 or 5/7/3 on your diffs (you could keep the 2 in the rear also if you wanted).. Running heavy fluids in the front will not help the car rotate.

any ideas?Thickening up your front diff fluid will only hurt your turning ability. I run 5/7/3 and I find this the best setup for my tight indoor track.
Also try moving your front wheels a few degrees toe'd out. This will help gain a few more degrees of turning
