Sway bars are both 1.25mm and the internal gear ratio is 2.0:1

1, 2, 3. AE labels a little different. I'm using the kit #3 and they work great.
i do believe some setups are using Losi 56 or 57...
or drilling out AE blanks to setup is an option.
Springs are Silver / Green if memory serves me correctly.

I'd start with your 21.5 gearing and increase the FDR by 0.5 to 1.0.

I think this chart is really nice, but it is not entirely accurate...I have been running 31/104 64p and according to this chart that wont fit.
