Shock pistons are #1(54) #2(55) and #3(3/64")

Kit springs are silver (14.5 lbs) and green (12.0 lbs)

Sway bars are both 1.25mm and the internal gear ratio is 2.0:1

Thanks.
you get a full set of pistons...
1, 2, 3. AE labels a little different. I'm using the kit #3 and they work great.
i do believe some setups are using Losi 56 or 57...
or drilling out AE blanks to setup is an option.

Springs are Silver / Green if memory serves me correctly.

The same FDR as on any other TC. Why would the TC6 need a different FDR?

Sorry. Coming from 21.5 now going to 17.5 and was looking for actual gearing suggestions, pinion and spur. Sorry not clear.

You'll certainly need something smaller than the kit spur. This gear chart here shows what will mesh:

http://abram.eu.org/gear_tc6.php

I'd start with your 21.5 gearing and increase the FDR by 0.5 to 1.0.

I think this chart is really nice, but it is not entirely accurate...I have been running 31/104 64p and according to this chart that wont fit.

For no timing 17.5 I would try 49/104 64p with an LRP SXX SS V2 V4.4 software.

4.0 FDR with 17.5 no boost is a good starting point. Some people run a tooth higher to range int the 3.8ish range overall.

Basically, run a pinion that is 1/2 the size of the spur, whether 48 or 64 pitch.

I am assuming that by gray you mean silver, which is a 14.5 lb spring, this is about equal to Yokomo black. The Green is a 12 lb spring which is softer than what Yokomo offers.
