Do you know if the battery tray will have to be modified prior to installation since the chassis eliminates the plastic inserts?

Also, where is the extra 3mm length added?

Thanks!
looks like the chassis has cut out for the battery tray bumps on the bottom

That's what I was thinking too, but that chassis looks like it's already available on the web site, and xxxtcr said they wouldn't be available until tomorrow on the web site. That's why I'm asking.

The battery tray does not need to be modified, all u have to remove is the plastic flywheel insert, and it will drop right in.

I'm stickin with tuesday for availability, if you place orders today they should ship tues/wednesday

Wow, you have been reading! Grid is going to have to give us a kickback on something for selling all of these mounts for him

Also make sure you get the charger and power supply from epbuddy. Billy can vouche for how fast they ship. Make sure you post pics!

That's definitely the one Billy, good find. And you can tell the 3mm has been added to the back of the chassis. Look how much room is past the battery tray nubs. My question is, what rock guards and what shell fit on this thing?

Don't do it! You know what, ask Lars. I think these came installed on his buggy when he bought it.

I'd run 19-21. I'm running 21. Hot bodies shallow if youve got a grid mount. And I run the Castle mod 1 pinion. Fits perfect.

Anyone have a Nitro Rc8? I bought some FT rear hubs from the sale forum here. Also included is a CF servo tray that won't fit the BE it's got 2 servo cut outs. I won't need it. And when I get it in the mail, I'll be giving it away. Taker pays shipping via $6 Paypal gift. And I will send it out priority post office to the US.

This is the free part. This does not fit the electric buggies. Posting it here first for you guys. I will post it in the For Sale forum when I get it.

It's because of the customer support for our mounts, we continue to R&D other new race parts for the RC8Be. Although there is so many companies making a chassis for the RC8Be, we also have one in the works.

The new front diff mount is our continued support for you guys.
