You have two .30mm alu. And one .20mm copper. , this is fine for 25%

If you want a touch more torque you could reshim to a total of .75mm by removing the .20mm and replacing with .15mm brass shim

gday there monty, just a quick question if i could on motor maintenance,is there a particular time in a motors life where you would change bearings and what not for a freshen up,sorry if this is a stupid question, should i replace things straight after running a motor in or after a few litres, just curious.
what would be the signs other than the obvious that things need a frshen up,just a side note,im running a fms in my 808 and it is by far the best motor i have ever had, absolute power house, its got about 6 litres and it screams.
cheers burty.

so about a gallon and a half?

engine maint. is different and is determined by speed of engine , method of run in and filter maint. during running .

but if you are looking to be safe and preventitive maint. is what you like to do than at the 2 gallon mark i would have engine inspected . again at 6 gallons , 8 gallons and then you just never know after that .

i have seen engines go 17 gallons of fuel untouched and it was still running (p5xs)

Hello Houston, I have on 04' p5 that I received in a trade and was wanting to confirm the rear bearing size and what is the replacement connecting rod for the motor. Any info you can share would be much appreciated. The engine has a new piston and sleeve but I would like to finish the rebuild so everything is right. Thanks.

if its a standard p5 then it is 14x25.4x6mm rear, the rods haven't changed and the 07009 R7 rod is the one that you need . do you need a price on the two items?

if its a p5x then its 25.8mm
