There is a small scratch on the carb by the idle screw. Can't say it looks used though. Think I'll go ahead and keep it. Thanks for that and for answering my other question...you were so right on going to the ofna header... I can't believe the difference it made.

What this Ofna square header thing? Ran my 821 today for the first time in 6 months. Ran like a champ in the parking lot at least Put the mototune on it and it was running like 180 -220 with the Dyno pipe that you suggested and I was impressed.

No... And I'm starting to wish I had...Everything looked ok as I said above, untill I went to set the idle at 1mm and realized that the screw was already flush with the carb body...so with the screw all the way in it only opens the slide about .5mm Now I don't know what the problem is.........

Thats what I'm thinking, thing is, I started it this afternoon so it's mine. I pulled the screw out to have a look and it looked OK nice rounded end with no damage. So I'm guessing it's something with the slide?

EDIT: OK so I took the carb apart and everything looks good. Sure is screwy (no pun intended) The only thing I can think is maybe it's the wrong idle screw? This one measures .843 total length, is that correct?
