But for truggy the 5 port will give you the best bottum end and use an 086 pipe and you will be golden. I was pulling modded v-specs and OS and Jammin .28's last year with my PTM .21 5 port. Now its going into buggy so I am shopping for the smallest restrictors I can find to tame the beast. Just to put it out there the 3 port race is a super fast engine and is the newest designed GO mill besides the EBM5 of course. 1 of those 2 will be my next engine.
How would either the GO 3/5 port race or .25 work with a JP-3? Right now the I'm running the 3-port sport with the JP-3 and it seems to be working spot on.

Anybody have any insight on when some connecting rods are going to be available? They have been on backorder everywhere for awhile now.

The GO 5 and 7 ports don't particularly like the JP pipes. I am assuming the 3 port is the same.
Best pipe for the 5 and 3 port by all accounts is the GO FEMCA 0801 (or Dynamite 086 if your on a budget).

I agree with Grizz the JP's restrict the motor. I tried it when I 1st got my 5 port. The 3 port also likes the OS 2050. Anothe GO sponsored guy sweras by that and he been around along time.

OK guys I apologize for the delay in everything, the next shipment from Go should be shipping today or tomorrow, there will be plenty of connecting rods in there, also Clebo If you need one right away, please contact me at [email protected] and I can get you one.

As far as the Turbo plugs go, I had hoped to have some included in this order but the factory has said that they are not ready yet, so hopefully they will be ready soon and I will try andget them into the stores as soon as possible.

Also I would like to add that I am working to improve racefactor industries, to be better supplied but also updating the website to be easier to contact and I especially want to solidify the racing team to be a stronger force in their respective regions. It is a basic business restructuring and I hope to deliver nothing but the best as always.

As in the past any product brought in by racefactor industries will be a great product at a great price, If our name is backing any product we want everyone to know that the product may be lower priced than the competition but will perform as well if not outperform the competition like the go engine brand.

Default Got Big Boy?

I'm reading some great things about the Trinity Big Boy pipe. Has anyone tried it with a GO 7 port? I'm thinking it might be a perfect match.

Also, whats the best method of removing and inserting those pesky little G clips for the wrist pin?

Either a fine pair of needle nose pliers or a pair of flat tipped tweasers. Don't use the better halfs eyebrow tweasers though, as you will get in the sh-t (this I know from personal experiance ).

When you remove and refit the G clip, do it inside a plastic shopping bag. If the clip gets away on you and springs out, you will at least have a good chance of finding it in the bag, as opposed to crawling around the floor for an hour trying to see it

oooooh too cold....I should stay indoors and put another log on the fire...no seriously use a HOT plug! I would preheat my engine at those kind of temps too - I use an old hairdryer and heat my motors to at least 40º C before starting. For engines that are still in the run in period I go to 70-80ºC..Just like any engine most of the wear between piston and cylinder occurs during the warming up period and glow engines don't have the benefit of piston rings to take up the slack...

I visited today the Massivemods website but I noticed that the MM5 7port engine ( http://www.massivemods.com.au/produc...522791c5224f70) uses a standard plug while the standard version uses a turbo plug http://www.massivemods.com.au/produc...522791c5224f70 What's the difference in performance and has anybody tried to replace the MM5 combustion chamber with the turbo version?

ignore that its an error..it comes with the turbo head button...

I just looked at the 3portR in the modified section and it says standard plug there too....also rubbish they both have turbo heads fitted.....
