How far away from Sarnia is the track in that video? Or would going thru Detroit be a faster way to get there?

That doesn't surprise me. I reckon the 7 Port is the "sleeper" in the Go range.
I have been running stock 7 Port Turbo in my buggy for a while and it's a very powerful and smooth motor. Ran 053 pipe initially and that gave a very linear response. Have recently been using the 0801 and it lifted the bottom end quite a bit, although it does not rev out quite as much at the top I don't think. Overall the 053 (and possibly the 2047) might be better suited. Yours certainly rocks with the 053 pipe
Just popped a new tweaked sleeve into mine, so I am picking it will be even more crisp and responsive now

i tried my friends pipe the nova 9886 top-end pipe,& i was so impress after all,i have been tried the os 2050 ,trr2035,ofna 053,but damn this pipe is a rocket ,i dont have problem anymore on the bottom-end its better than the ttr2035, i noticed that the 3R can breath better this time w/ this 9886 pipe ,so i guess i dont need to change my gearing cause im currently using the stock setup for my rc8t 14 cb/54th spur gear ,i m currently racing on a medium track ders a 140ft straight way , i will be racing this saturday n i need to see if my runtime will suffer...............

The Dynamite 086 is wicked on the 5 Port, and I have read on here that the same pipe works a treat on the 3R, as you have discovered.

new racer. should i just get the 21 3 port standard. and just use that to learn to drive with? im not looking for something bawls out for the first motor. and with this still go with the 0801?
what im looking for
cheap
long lasting
nice power but not uncontrollable
newb friendly
so im thinkin the 3port

Good deal
I favour the 7 Port in a buggy, but the 3 RSpec is a sweet motor, and I believe a little more linear in performance then the 7 Port, so a little easier to drive initially. Go 3 Port RSpec and 0801 pipe, you won't look back

Come in a set of four with standard fronts and new wider rears on new style rims. Available in 802 and 804 models. Got a set of 802's to try out this weekend. Even if they don't perform they certainly look cool (sort of like mini truggy tyres)
