More or less yes you can.... Novarossi are extremely conservative and leave plenty of room to to remove shims.... this is why a OS Speed seems soo powerful..OS doesn't mess about and runs their heads 0.2 mm closer to the piston then Novarossi does... which can add up to a huge power increase

Nope, no direct fit due the smaller inner ring. You are stuck with the most expensive bearing there is.....
