Well I did it, I had the opportunity to drive an MIP Losi about 2 weeks ago. I was absolutly floored the way it drove. Neutral and planted no matter the situation. I bought the Losi roller two days later and ordered the MIP kit. Sold the SC10 the same week. I have always been an Associated guy as I still run my RC8T CE, But after "Fighting" this truck for almost 2 years I'm done! You guys have busted your asses trying to make this truck work but it will always have the Quirks we cannot get rid of. Thank you to all the people who have contributed to trying to make this truck work. Please no flaming me. All of us have to go with what works and for me the Losi works. See you at the track!

Even though they recommend 32 pitchgear with a 550 motor and a 48 pitch gear with a 540 motor can I still use a 32 pitch gear with a 540 motor? Please help if you can it wil be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Nothing wrong with the 32 pitch on a 540 motor. The larger pitch is a touch less efficient, so if you start having temp problems to down to the 48 pitch.

I just did the +8mm mod and put in the cdiff from rcshox. Whats the best oil weight to replace in the front and rear diffs now? I've been running them at the stock weights up to now and plan to take the truck out tonight for its first run with this setup.
Track is a medium hard pack with a lose top layer.

Loose top layer I would go down to 5k. I started with 7k, tried 5k and haven't changed since. I'm 5/5. I guess how you setup your car vs mine will make a difference, but that's what I found to be best.
But even 7 would be way better than 30k or whatever you have for the slipper setup.

Indoor is where this truck really shines.
Practice for sure and if all goes well, racing at 6:00. Just got done with a complete tear down on the truck and got my xxx-4 back together after 8 years on the shelf so it's kind of a tune & see how it goes day.
Should be out early, I think they open @ 9... may be out at 10.
Drove a regular scte, but not the MIP... would love a couple laps behind the wheel
I hear it's a big improvement over stock... no, huge improvement.

We normally pit at the first table to the left as you walk through the door. I have a white Blitz body with Orange and red Monster slash stripes.Mark Smith
