SC10 4x4 Thread

Thanks guys! Once you switch to saddle packs, there really isn't much room and/or options, rx on one side and esc on the other. There isn't any gain in space by taking the rx box out and it looks cleaner.

No, we have the finals for the Summer Series at 1H. I'm going to try and make it down Tuesday for practice (or whatever day it is, lol), race Friday night and the KBRL opener Saturday. That is best case, otherwise I'll be there sat. morning.
Speaking of... have you driven from Maricopa to Tucson, is it about 30 mins or so?

I am having a problem with my tires packing up with dirt so badly that I mine as well be running slicks. I have tried Cityblocks, Enduros, Trenchers, Tazers and even the stock tires and all have the same issue. I went towards the Cityblocks and Tazers since the track is hard and very loose (almost like pebbles on top) when it dries out and they seem to handle that pretty well. A long time ago I used to spray the tires down with PAM which helped huge on the 4 minute runs in 2wd buggy but it does nothing for this truck. Any suggestions?
tell them to stop soaking the track lol. If that does not work, try a tire that cleans out better. once with more space between the tread. I am just glad I dont have to clean your truck.

The cleaning is a pain for sure especially as I am more than a bit OCD on that. I can tell you that the Jconcept overtray rocks for keeping the crap out though
yeah, well srs was the same for me. I went up there and practiced when it was dry and it was good. then when racing started they watered it, and man that dirt really sticks to the car. I was cleaning my buggy for 2 hours. some dirt is crap when wet. and some dirt is crap when its is dry. I envy the dirt scientists that make really good tracks.
yeah, I am ocd also. Some guy at the track told me a few weeks ago, "man your cars are always so clean". lol.
