I wonder if Ryan M will take the 4x4 class. he has been strong with it so far. Does not look like cav has a handle on the truck.

My truck didn't feel to good with that much weight in the front, I don't know how they manage to pull it off.
I'm happy now I have the LCG chassis.

Re fitted the inner pad but i find the spring retaining coller which comes with the FT VTS slipper pack is thicker than the standard one and tightens up far too tight when setting the nut flush with the end of the shaft as per instructions.
Do i use the original retainer or the new one in the kit as i notice the one in the instructions looks more like the original one than the thicker and longer one in the kit.

make sure your inner pad didnt fall off, can be annoying. But yes flush with vts. should not be too tight.

I tilted it to the side to ensure the pad stayed in place.
Using the VTS spring retainer without the inner pad originally, it was tight when i got the nut flush.
made it very hard to loosen the nut of to fit the inner pad which i missed 1st time around.
Changed to the standard retainer which made getting the nut flush possible.
Coudnt get the thread started on the shaft with the thicker retainer.
Question is, did i use the correct retainer and the thicker one is an option for harder setting or should i be using the thicker retainer straight off?
