Yes I can verify it, or I would not run them or my mouth about them. I have been "around the world" with flippen ball cups and ball studs. If you want to spend the $, lunsford ball studs are the very largest diameter ball studs you can buy. They are .0269 diameter. The black oxide new AE ones, and the gold nitrated ones are between .0267 to .0268. The chrome old style and the new chrome ones with the socket in the heads are only .0264 to.0265 diameter. If you want the very tightest ball cups available, those would be the old white xxx losi cups. They just look "out of place" on the B4's because of their color, so I stick with AE cups and longer than stock lunsford tie rods. If you have NO threads showing with your ties rods, you have more strength, it's that simple. Guys, if you just have to have something RPM, make it a parts tray or a camber guage, aight?
Fantastic response....factual,well thought out...big thumbs up mate

Appreciated...Thank you
Now,do i go stealth with oxide and black AE cups,or some factory bling with the Nitrate's
Say whaaaaaaaaaaat?!
ReVtech 17.5's are all the rage down here as well. Have lots of people running them, temps are good as long as it's not over geared. And the high torque rotor is definitely a good upgrade with the 17.5. And the vent's you don't have to worry about, if you are going to worry about it, take your motor apart at the end of every weekend and blow it out with air.

Yep. They went on my new kit @ build and right back off it when I finished putting the car together in favor of the $3 plastic b44 hubs. Such a shame they looked so nice too.

Does it make a difference in performance, that's debatable I guess. Plastic hubs are tighter, worked for years and still work. So IMO, does the slop really hurt, maybe not but it doesn't give any benefit either. Personal preference really, and I prefer tight and sexy over loose and sloppy.

so more power low end, more power high end = winning IMO
It has no problem running with or out running any other 13.5T or 17.5T motor on the track.
It evens doesn't have a hard time running with 10.5's or a few 8.5's on some of the tracks
Temp is about 145-155 from 5-7 mins of running.
