Could just be my setup, but a hard break for me in air leads to a half front somersault

Yeah I can pretty much do front flips on the brakes too.

Maybe it's more slipper related? I'm running the triple garodisc and basket. I actually have it fairly tight, about 2.5 threads showing.

If your slipper was slipping too much the front wheels wouldn't slow or accelerate as fast causing a delay in being able to adjust the attitude of the car.

I'm full lock, full settings on the mmp, and come to think of it...

Before I installed the center diff, I could do body plants too. Least I think so.

I'm not in love with AE's brace design. It goes from front mud cover mount to the rear mount on the rear shock tower. I think it's going to flex more than the other designs.

I think it's actually better.

It's bracing up against something, not just some bolts. IE: mine. Wish I had thought of it. Is so easy to do.

For the guys running Tekin, what are you setting your drag brake at?

If you tone down your braking to lessen the hit while you're in the air, you'll have less brakes on the track, not sure how you could strike a good balance. This truck doesn't really need that much brake to stop fortunately.

I was hoping to do a lil test n tune at the bigger track close by which aroughly 100 x100' with nice jumps but they are doing track maintenance.

there's another track close by but its so sandy and loose, not sure if I really want to waste my time with it there.

Don't run any drag brake on the Sc10 4x4, just a recommendation.....

I run everything at 100% on the esc and turn it down as needed on the radio. Easier that way.

That's Very similar to my setup minus the 2mm washers and added RCSHOX stuff.

I love it outdoors, I primarily drive outdoors and the bud's Losi, Ofna, and Slash can't seem to keep up (driver aside)

i think since we are running the brakes at like 70%, it will make it harder for the truck to drop the front when you it the brakes. i think im going to try full brakes, but be carefull when i need to slow down into corners. worth a shot imo, theres a big tripple on my local track almost as big as the one marcus is fighting with, and it it hard to do consistently, but can be done.
