Good job for thinking outside the box...A for effort.... C for implementation....
Next thing you know, we're going to see someone come out with an inner clutch basket....you know, because there is SO much room to move the spur farther out on the shaft...

Maybe V2 of the diff will be what I am looking for but what I have been doing is cutting front slipper pads to reduce off power braking to the front but I am also reducing on power bite. With the V2 front slipper is basically an adjustable front "clicker". Locks up on power and reduces front brakes off power for better tight cornering.

Using just what you have, throw an HD on the inside and put two standard pads in the basket.
I think the front slipper is interesting, but it's nothing I'm interested in. It IMO, is just another thing to break/worry about (I'm part of the glued clicker club) and the last thing I want is the rear free rolling more than the front on this truck.
