Default Build almost done but some questions?

I almost have my 811 Be built but had a few questions on wiring the RX8 with 1900kv. Most pictures look like the batteries are wired in series? and how do you charge both batteries or can they be charged seperate? I have HiTec X4 charger and will be running 2 2S 6500 lipo batteries.

On that charger it would be best to charge them separate because I think it peaks at 6amps per channel. Pumping 6 amps into a 4s would take a lot longer than 6amps in to each 2s and then you don't have to fab up a 4s balance lead.

Just unplug the batts and charge separately.

Could be wrong but 6amps for 4s will charge the same time as 2s. It's still just 6000 mah or whathaveyou. It's if you charged in parallel that it would take longer. 4s is same capacity just higher voltage.

I'm sorry im trying to understand this 100%
which way do I hook up the lipo's to run the buggy, series or parallel?
I have 2 2s 5000mah lipo's and I want a total of 14.8v
I am going to separate the lipo's to charge. Thanks!

In series, doubles voltage keeping capacity.
Parallell, keeping voltage doubles capacity.

You are right, that charger however also has a 50W/channel limit, so it can only charge 4s at about 3A.

And on a sad note, no Cobra Be for me this season. Just had a talk with the lhs and they can only support onroad this year. Maybe when the economy gets better due to some miracle... Keep my fingers crossed.
