I raced it last weekend for the first time. My times were almost a full second a lap better. Truck is def more stable and planted, cured the traction roll. Right now I have stick packs but will be going saddle shortly.

I can post a pic later but as far as layout I run the B44.1 saddle pack setup with inline configuration, MMP tucked in the back right corner, receiver and transponder mounted in back left corner with no receiver box. I chose not run the receiver box so I can make quick tuning changes to the MMP when I need to. I braided the motor wires and soldered straight to motor. I terminated the ESC power wires with Castle 4mm bullets that go straight to batteries. Simple clean layout.
Also, I run the Savox 1258 servo with the MMP along with a small cap on the receiver without issues. No need for external BEC. I bought some GensAce 6000Mah saddles to try and they ran surprisingly good for how cheap they are. They are slightly taller than other saddle packs so I had to run spacers on the battery posts to use the FT thumb screws.
Anyone racing this truck needs to run saddle packs. Truck feels way more balanced. I was traction rolling in fast left hand sweepers if not careful with stick pack configuration. Not nearly as much of an issue with inline saddles. I am sure the JConcepts hazard wheels help with this too being 3mm offset each side. This truck is extremely narrow with stock wheels.

Going to an indoor track instead on Saturday but will probably have to run the stick packs, so I'll be able to report on both setups in about a week.

Got mine in the mail today along with the inline saddle mount from Mantis. Props to both companies for getting it out to me in time for the weekend. Unfortunately first round of GCS rained out and UPS decided to send my packs from Hong Kong-> Louisville, KY->back to HK->and now they are in Anchorage.
Going to an indoor track instead on Saturday but will probably have to run the stick packs, so I'll be able to report on both setups in about a week.
