I ran an 8.5 in my F103 200mm on foams back when UF1 had an open class.
And yeh it was with a 2s battery.
Super dialed on asphalt and carpet.

Tamiya kit fronts and TCS/572 rear for the win. ;) (on asphalt)

I put a spacer under the stops, had just enough of the pin to keep it locked into the chassis.
I feel that changing to the long king pin for the camber gain mentioned above allowed the extra up...

Pretty sure you can't run as many classes as you want, never could before
1 trip class, if you qualified by running that class at regionals and 1 secondary class if I'm correct.
