The Hsn needle does look like it is up too high out of the housing ,an I would not trust the manufacture on...

You need to punch what ever is plugging it out ,or if you cant ,remove the nipple or cut it off an run...

With the way those are made it would not just restrict the flow ,it will also
cause more carbon build up faster at the exhaust port which will further
clog the port up!

If they are too tight ,it could put a strain on the steering!
