The TC3 arms are longer and the inner hinge pin is smaller than the TC4. The TC4 A-arm mounts are wider than the TC3, that's why the arms are shorter. You may run into an issue with the dog bones...

I have found the same to be true. I use losi ones for the xxx-s. they seem to do better. and also, i just snug them up and not try to get them tight.
