I use WD40. Spray some on a rag, wipe it on the tires, leave for 5 minutes, and wipe off. It works very well for me.

Do you mean diff outputs? The part that connects to the universals? If so, I've heard that delrin can be brittle, but I've only had graphite ones. They seem to work just fine for me.

I usually charged my 2400's using 10mv/cell at 6 amps. If they don't get to warm you can try 11mv or even 12mv.
