The diff joint from the previous page is not from Tamiya, it is some aftermarket ones. The Tamiya blue diff joint is the same as the original silver one, except in blue.

I have a O.S. T-1040SC R52 Tuned pipe set. Recently, I stripped the threads of the hole where the grub screw holds on the muffler wire. Is there any way to solve this problem?
