You block a scammer and they're back in an hour with a new account so it's pretty useless to ban them. Just have to be aware and not fall for their scam. It's not hard, just don't be dumb.

We used to fix that by putting an 1/8" slice of fuel tubing at each end of the axle to keep it centered in the outdrives. Seemed to work for us.
