As for the diff, it needs some time to break in. Also if you over tighten the cover you might deform the case putting uneven pressure onto the gears...

I would be EXTREMELY worried about ESC...

I would be EXTREMELY worried about ESC overheating as well with it de-cased, esp when running this car in hotter climates.

I would try and find a way to route the sensor cable under the battery so its a little bit cleaner. Other than that chassis looks good. Interested to see how the car hold up using regular PLA filament
