My engine mounting screw is stuck. I have to use an alan jey to get it out and the head is stripped. BTW what is that kind of head called an alan head, hex head, what is it? Anyway it has thread lock...

It seems like the pull start has enough power to wind it self back up when the glow plug is off, but when it's on it can't turn the engine due to the compression. Is tthe spring just worn out?
