Xenon do all the plastics, all the metal parts are by Roche the carbon is sourced in the US somewhere.
It's sort of a joint venture between Xenon and Roche

The LED is realy hard to see unless it is quite dark. Also you need tohave the transmitter on so speedo has a neutral signal.
