T4s were produced over a long period and were very popular so some parts will still be available. But a 2014 version is quite old, so maybe you'll not be able to find all the parts.

Savöx servos are notorious for their high power consumption. Depending on your ESC's BEC and your radio that can lead to brown-outs. The capacitor is probably supposed to help with that.

What you see is the BEC voltage. More useful for nitro drivers, not quite so much for electric. Unless you have special electronics, it's all your receiver can see.

I wasn't even aware the Justock motors are 4-pole. Last time I worried about 4-pole motors and ESCs for them was when I ran 4WD SCT. Not sure what ESC I used back then... Hobbywing?
