Dischargers: Duratrax vs Integy

Being the same, at least as deep as you can see, the Duratrax discharger is the same as Integy 0-30, but the first is rated at 20A.
Are they really the same, or the Duratrax has less resistors?

They advertise 40A or 150W, whichever is higher!
So this device will discharge a 7,2V at 20,8A.
