Lmao you ain't kidding. Hahaha
As Dgrode said. Go to another model and do a fresh setup. Just in case there is a setting you had adjusted by mistake and forgotten about. After that, try a different servo if you can. It sound like you have the 70/30 mix on your steering. (which you can't do) |

This may seem like a dumb question but you are getting more steering throw as measured on a setup station correct? You aren't judging this because your car steers more one way than the other while driving?

I have only played around with a pre release version, so I'm not up to speed with one yet. I should have one in a few days.

What is the "Issue"?
I don't mess with SD cards much at all, what all do I need to perform the update? So far I've downloaded the files from Futaba's site. Is there like a USB to SD card reader thing that I need to buy from Staples or something? Thank you, Kyle |
Its not hard to do the update.
I borrowed someones phone that had a mini sd card in it. Put the file on there and inserted the card in the radio and held the end button and powered the unit on. That Simple |

The radio worked fine with the 614fs when I was by myself, but as soon as I was around 10-20 other drivers it would glitch like crazy. I really couldn't even drive the car at all. It was so bad that I don't even know if "glitch" is the right word to describe what was going on. I've never seen a radio do that.
Kyle Radio has been sent back to futaba and he was told nothing was wrong with it |
Yeah they are hoping the update will fix the issue

Did you by chance attempt to connect the servo to the 4PX for programming? If it is digital, maybe it has been inadvertently configured to "scale back" the throw in one direction which could potentially make the commanded throw of 100% appear like less sort of like Dual Rate (D/R) if that makes sense. It sounds like you are on top of the programming/setup so this is likely not the issue. |
Hmm having issues upupdating. .. FUTABA is in the sd card but when I insert the sd card on the radio and turn on the power while holding the END button it don't do anything.. doing this over my note 4.
