The Hong Kong based ones may have the English manual, mine was ex Japan, had the drop down and tx battery but only one rx.

And with no english manual, the drop down is painful to install.

Just spoke to rc mart in HK and they are sold out so dont bother ordering even it it says they are in stock, they are now on back order.

FYI He said they sell with English manuals, but this is seen to be believed. Perhaps someone can confirm on this site if they got one from there.

Did you buy it online or from a shop. If its online any chance you could post a link.

Bought it from a Hobby Shop in Akihabara Tokyo.

Yeah I have a feeling that's what happened to my order. It says processing but no tracking number so my guess is its on back order. I emailed them to see if that is the case how long before they get more I might cancel my order if it's to long and see if I can get it elsewhere.

I reakon you should be ok, they are showing 0 in stock now.

It would be pretty poor form for them to show something in stock, take payment then put you on back order.

All the best, had I known it was an English manual last night I would have ordered one myself.

They couldn't tell me if mine was on back order as they are still going through the orders but they did say they are getting more stock by the end of the month so if I did miss out it won't be to long a wait.

They shouldn't take your money if they don't have the item!

Rc-mushroom (if you believe their checkout) would appear to have over 100 available?

Anyone know how relevant this is from rc mushroom?

Important Notice:

Please note that RF regulation varies in different countries. We, RC-Mushroom LTD is only selling Hong Kong version of transmitter and/or receiver. For customer who wants to purchase the Hong Kong version of radio transmitter and/or receiver, it is customer's duty to contact with the original manufacturer to make sure the RF regulation is not against their local regulation.*

As far as I am aware it's more relevant to the 75mhz days as that was an emergency services frequency in Aus so using a 75mhz radio was illegal. I'm sure the local importer will have you believe that if you don't buy from them it 'could' be against RF regulations etc but considering how many of us source radio gear from Hong Kong now I don't believe it's an issue.

I've tried out just about every High Radio out there but this one is light years ahead. Just my opinion though.

You need to see what feels good in your hand. This would probably feel good in anyone's hand though :)

hi Tas, thanks for the reply bud, no luck with trying other radios, no hobby shops any where near me, get everything online, got the kopropo eurus and just looking at upgrading.
cheers heaps.

stores like RC Mart will most definitely take your cash and then back order.

It is up to you to click the right option at checkout. Either "yes, please back order" or "no, give me my money back"

Considering it was a Saturday/Sunday, you need to give them some grace as to whether the stock level is correct! If they get orders when they are closed, of course the stock number won't be updated until they open again and update it.

I can't speak for the 4px, but my 4pls came from them and it was definitely an English version.

Anytime Bud.

I'll tell you what, I'll do an Unboxing and run through and I'll send you the link in about 12-hours. Hope that'll help a bit :)
