I really don't understand the frame rate as my blue rx's show 5.5 as well as the 410. Do you have to start using it to show what it is actually working at in frame rate?

Did you rebind after changing the frame rate because my 410 automatically changes it back to 11.1 when its bound I don't know about the knockoff rx someone else will have to answer that

410 only does 11.5 and higher.

The process I use, I set the frame rate first in the radio, then bind the unit. Then when you shut off the radio and turn it back on, it tells u the rate. If it wont accept 5.5, then its not made to go that low.

So you set the frame rate, then rebind the rx?

Has anyone used the ABS feature on an electric car? Does it work? Does it create a bunch of extra heat?

I'm using the sc-1268sg & SG2274 brushless. no problems with either of them, but I like the 2274 better because of the increased speed.

Also: both are powered through RX8 gen2's with the BEC set to 7.4v

I took out the nimh 1.2 volt batteries and put in alkalines @1.5, and what a difference, much smoother. I can't wait for the NIZN 1.6 volt batteries to get here.

I had a problem with mine glitching with the 5v power limit. I use the BEC from Castle Creations and it fixed the problem. I was running a SR2000, Savox High Torque/High Speed servo. The servo which draws a lot of amps. Called Castle and they told me what it was. The BEC fixed the issue, it wasn't the receiver or the transmitter.

I see people ask about aftermarket Rx throughout this thread but no replies. Does someone make one that works with Spektrum Tx? I see a warning on the spectrum site about a counterfeit one, but not sure if there are aftermarket Rx.

Ok so I've made up my mind and I plan on purchasing this radio in a few months once I get the money saved up for it and another SR2000 receiver. Has anybody had issues using this radio with Savox servos and Tekin escs? Also, I plan on giving this thing a custom paint job. Does anyone have any tips on how to disassemble the radio and make sure it goes back the same way? I plan on taking lots of pics during the process.

There have been several people who have posted about the aftermarket receivers. All of those posts are from pages 1-10.. Post 98 talks about the clones.
