I set back the TX to model 1 and it worked with receiver 1 no rebinding needed.

The problem is you don't get any of the telemetry(temps, voltage etc.) without AFHDS2 :(

is that hardware version 1.00?

well, tried posting a msg on the website and got a pop up from site in CHINESE!
can't post my message and can't read the pop up. nice!
ended up sending an email to the contact us and got an email back saying to return
the unit to the seller. all I wanted was a link to the update.
anyone have a copy of the update they can share? along with the installation instructions?
this is really getting annoying, almost ready to dump this thing.
thanks guys!

Use google chrome as your browser and then use the translate feature. Most likely you are just forgetting to fill in one of the required fields.

This^^ What HW version do you have martindavis? I'm assuming 1.0 but I'd like to know for sure.

Well it would be nice to use all the functions of a radio if you want to.
I may as well just went and bought a decent one for half the price.
And I would hope that companies out there would support their products
better. I don't think that's too much to ask is it? The binding problem wouldn't
be an issue if I didn't have waterproof receiver boxes on my rigs. but I guess
that's my problem eh?

hey mikegozz, had all fields filled in but I haven't tried the chrome thing yet.
will give it a try. thanks.

I thought that the recievers automatically do into bind mode if they dont get any tx connection.

I have tried this. Still have not heard back after a week.
I did same on their forum and I dont see any updates since 1-19.

You think they closed for their new year.

So I got my it4 today, I'm loving it, Found some workarounds for the binding issue. I plan to make a youtube video about it and when I do Ill post the link here.

Just like every one to know. The Fly Sky it4 radio has been upgraded and is now multi bind. No more rebinding from one model to the next. Cheers.

Hi All,

I am in the market for a new radio and am thinking about going this route, how is the radio overall? My last radio was a Futaba 4k but I sold it just before taking a little break from the hobby, I like the idea of the Flysky but do not want a toy like radio. Any suggestions would help.

Thanks

Yea guys has a firmware update fixed the bugs or should I move on with my search.

I stupidly believed it would all work before I read this thread as A few years back I bought a Eurgle and once I masterd chinglish and filled in the missing details from the propo manual. I think it was cloned from. It was flawless in every imaginable way! And still is! go figure. I was just in hope for more of the same. More tech less money.

Is this with the new Rxs as well? And do you know if its via firmware/software updates or a new hardware model?

Luke

You know for sure? Do you have one that works on hand? Where did you buy it from and what is the hardware version stated in the system preferences/settings?

Thanks.

I tried the waiting 30 seconds thing and my new receiver didn't go into bind mode. so I just sat there longly looking at my hex hardware sealed waterproof receiver box and a single tear ran from the corner of my left eye down my cheek.

Then I unplugged the battery, shut off the transmitter and went upstairs to have dinner with my wife.
