I'll post this because I don't want to become a member on yet another chat room...

Placed an order for a 4670 2S pack with Danny today fully expecting it to be a pre-order as the website said it would be. Much to my surprise it shipped today within hours of the order. I have the tracking order and everything.

Yeah, I know. I just got lucky with his shipment times, but still. Very easy group to work with.

You are going to love the 2s pack!

I run 2s full size in my tekno/scte/slash 4x4

I was at the track last sunday and lent a guy my smc 4s race battery for him to try out in his associated truggy with 2000kv motor. While he was running it I asked him how it felt and he said it was a really peppy battery. After he used up the battery the price subject came up and I told him how much it was and he was shocked. He said it had more punch than his PROTEK battery! Rest assured he said he'll be getting a couple

I'm really happy with this batteries. Rock solid performers and at a great price! Lowest IR my powerlabs 8 has ever seen.

Oh wow, if I knew this I would have ordered these instead of the other batteries I ordered. I saw "pre-order" and that made me immediately seek other options.

Ran my 2s 6500 mah packs in my SCTE today for the first time. Great punch. Cracked the case on one of them first time out. Anyone else ever cracked the case after so little run time?

Cracked case is a warranty issue as long is wasn't drop-kicked or something. I would e-mail Danny about that. See what he has to say.

Yeah my smc saddle pack I recently got was "pre order" but didn't take more than a couple days to ship out. Never heard of people waiting more than a couple days for one.

Both of my 4S packs had the case crack but I was told that warranty would only cover part of new pack a few months ago. Did that change? I'm running my SMC packs with tape wrapped around them to hold them together
