Load the v5 stock firmware and go from there.
I run a flow works and x20 17.5 with the following settings.
0-5-2-6-8-5-0 and a roll out of 28.7mm.
Make sure you have a good fan on the motor and check your motor temps evert two min until you happy.

The guys I know run the V10 on a 30.5 - 31.5 rollout. I would start there.

Well I got tired of watting for Hobbywing service center for 2 months to give me a RMA # to get my xerun 3.1 fix .So today finally got my Lrp Flow works team on my Xray T4 with 4.5 x12 octawind motor and I'm very impressed with the performance, Super smooth ,really strong brakes and extremely fast. Very Happy.

Is there no standard settings for 17.5 boosted, modified etc. Installed on the esc from the factory ?

Nope.
It's a racers and esc so you program it the way you want to.

For all you onroad guys out there. New 4.7 software. Don't worry offroad guys, there should be a new software coming in a week or so.

Cool stuff.
Thanx for the heads up

Do any of the software updates improve blinky performance over 1.4? If I am only running 17.5 blinky is there any reason to update to the more recent on-road profiles?

V4.7 -- has three different braking modes. They would be fun to try in blinky... And help a ton in boosted mod tc!

I'm Trying to update firmware on my flow works team ESC to the new 4.7 version
I have the usb bride but never used it. Says I'm suppose to go to LRP.cc to down load the driver for the usb bridge spec.2. I can't for the life of me find the link for the usb bridge software. I go to LRP.cc and then I select English but can not find a direct link to download the software. Anybody have a direct link to the page or let me know which tabs to click in to download the driver?

Thanks a lot

See where it says "Software incl. driver"
This is the bit that links the bridge

"Firmware - Flow Competition + Flow WorksTeam"
This is the the bit that updates your Esc

You need both

Voltron989 04-18-2014 11:41 AM
