will the silver arrow v2.0 work with a 2s battery? i have on for my d8 and i plan on running 2 2s lipos but i havent received my series connector yet. so i tried it with just 1 2s battery and it turns on fine but when i hold set then turn it on to set the throttle/brake stuff.....it just keeps blinking red and beeps?

I tried to run In my 4x4 on 2s and it won't work it would run fine then just start shutting off only seems to run on 3s or 4s

that's kind of what i assumed but wasn't sure. the manual says it works with 2s. oh well, thanks for the answer

Will the speed passion gt 2.0 run the team epic trinity 3800 4pole motor?

it should be able to run it.

GT 2.0 Pro is recommended, especially if it's in a 4x4 short course. LPF might be marginal.

The website says no on the SAV2 on 2S if I recall correctly.

The GT2.0 Pro works great for 550 motors, I am going to try it with the Tekin pro4 today.

Hey guys, I have been having a look through but its not easy to find one particular setup, wondering if anyone can offer some advice,i finaly recieved my program card (lcd) i am running the following

Hpi pro 4
Speed passion GT 2.0 Pro
Speed passion MMM 10.5
6500 Lipo 90c 7.4 2s lipo

It will be used on a medium track quite a nice straight


Item 9 Boost timing

The defualt for the boost timing is showing *37 and to the right 36 hmm
The manual suggests value 5 which is 15 big differance


Item 10 Turbo slope

I dont evan have this one in my book
Its set at default *4 and to the right the number 18


Item 12 Turbo timing
set default *25 to the right the number 24 (i am sure i read somewhere were all meant to be using this 24 timing at our track)



Item 13 start RPM
Set as default *4 number to the right is 4000 (rpm)

Item 15 timing acc
Set as default *7 number to the right is 350

can you use a speed passion program box on a xeron 120a? 1s black edition?

reason I ask is because hobbypartz is out of stock on those programming boxes for the xeruns and a friend of mine has a speed passion box...I have access to until they're in stock

I finally got the 8.5 V3 motor in my B4 and the temps went down to 145* on the ESC so I would say Luke and Dustin were correct that something was wrong with the 7.5. My lap times remained the same with the 8.5 over a 7.5 but with a 78 tooth spur I couldn't get the temps on the motor over 85*. I started with a 22 tooth pinion, moved to a 24, then ended with a 26, the highest I have, and with that temps were at 80*. The car still has a good amount of rip and pulls some 7.5 cars on the straight but I think there is more. Going to try a 75 tooth spur this Sunday and then an 81 tooth and see what happens. I kept the exact same settings on the ESC that I had with the 7.5.

I know for sure the lcd cards are interchangeble, led cards I'm not sure about. I've used hobbywong card on my speedpassion, and speedpassion cards on hobbywing

Hi!

I'm new to Citrix ESC. A local competition has specified this ESC to use with 13.5T motors and I was on a race on Monday and on the last final heat, the ESC stopped working after 1 minute of racing. I was using it with LRP ERASER stock spect 13.5T motor.

When I turn on the ESC, the light goes on, but BEC (power to reciever) is not working. The fan is not turning. The ESC did not overheat (after 1 minute of racing, the outside temp was 13deg C).

Any ideas what went wrong and what to do? I suppose this should be fixed under warranty?
